to FranTech

Gentlemen: By virtue
of this letter, (proper name of foreign trade department)
authorizes FRANTECH
India to represent our interests in the world market. We believe
that FRANTECH India, being an international private consulting
firm and having been successful in your previous international endeavors,
will be able to provide great services to us, especially in finding
and introducing
investors to undertake various investment projects in (proper name
of country). Further,
pursuant to this Letter of Appointment, FRANTECH India, is delegated
on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis, to undertake negotiations with interested parties
for the purpose of securing capital investments for the development
of the economic
systems of (region or proper name of country).
To serve
the objectives stated above, FRANTECH India, is directed to commence,
as of the date set herein and to continue for and until this Letter of
Appointment is withdrawn in writing.
